Custom Synthesis
(GMP lipids now available)
We provide custom synthesis of molecules in all structural classes, design and synthesis and of New Chemical Entities (NCE), Structure Activity Relationship (SAR) studies, Hit-to-Lead studies, and development and optimization of synthetic procedures. We also design and synthesize phosphoramidites and drug conjugates in which active NCEs are tethered to HRP, PEG, HPMA-polymers, HPMA-copolymers, or other large molecules such as GalNAc dendrimers. These tethered NCEs can also be designed to cleave and release the NCE in situ.
